Coaching Options
Private Coaching is a chance for us to work together one on one in person or via video chat, phone calls, and emails. It allows for the most collaboration and input on your healthy habits journey.
Small Group and Family coaching is similar to one on one coaching, with the benefit of being more cost effective because your time is shared between several people (close friends, siblings, partner, family, etc.)
All coaching centers around the 4 core areas of health, but dials in which habits you want to change. For example, if you are looking for mostly personal training and support improving your movement patterns, we can focus your training there, but you get the added benefit of my education and experience with nutrition, yoga, and habits building too.
Private and Small Group coaching is available month to month, or in 3, 6 or 12 month packages.
